Payments and refunds

Each certification (RAIF, RAIP, RAIL, DPAI, AUDAI and RAI-X) costs USD 100 per exam. The RAIF, the entry-level certification, is free during November 2026 as a Black Friday flash promotion, and its open assessment is free all year. The price is shown on each certification page in the billing currency: visitors from Brazil see and pay in reais, from the eurozone in euros, and other countries in US dollars. The figure shown is final, with no registration, certificate, renewal or annual fees afterwards.

Yes, three tracks with 15% off the combined price, at USD 170 each: Responsible AI Track (RAIP + RAIL), Privacy & AI Track (DPAI + RAIP) and Assurance Track (DPAI + AUDAI). In the tracks that include the RAIL or the AUDAI, you sit the RAIP or the DPAI first, because they are the prerequisite, and the second exam opens once you hold that credential. The RAIF is never in a bundle: it is the entry-level certification and is sold on its own.

On the certification page, the purchase button takes you to the payment screen. Once payment goes through, the voucher is issued and arrives at the email given at purchase. To buy the RAIL or the AUDAI on their own, you need to be signed in with the RAIP or DPAI credential, which is checked before payment so that nobody pays for an exam they could not open. To sit any exam and receive the credential, you will need an account.

Payments are charged in reais from Brazil, euros from the eurozone and US dollars elsewhere. The payment screen accepts credit cards, and with them the digital wallets your device offers, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Some local methods may be offered in specific currencies when they are enabled on our payment account. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card details never pass through DPCert. The payment screen is always the source of truth for what is available in your country today.

Every purchase generates a payment confirmation by email. Team batch purchases on the site come with a single invoice in the company name. If you need a specific tax document for your country, write to [email protected] before buying, and we will tell you clearly what we can issue in your case.

The voucher is the code that opens the exam, and each one is worth one attempt. It is consumed the moment the exam is OPENED, not when it is submitted: opening it and giving up spends the voucher all the same. So only enter the code when you have the full exam time available. For a free exam, such as the RAIF during its Black Friday flash promotion, the voucher is the exam right issued when you enrol.

A voucher bought on the site does not expire. Vouchers issued to an organisation in bulk may carry a deadline set at issuance, and in that case the date is shown with the code. If you lost the email, the code is also in your account, under Certification exams, once your address is confirmed.

A paid voucher is not tied to an account: whoever enters the code is the one who uses the attempt, and the credential is issued in the name of whoever sat the exam. So treat the code the way you would treat a ticket and do not publish it. If someone else uses your voucher, the attempt is spent and cannot be given back. A free exam right (such as the RAIF during its Black Friday flash promotion), on the other hand, is personal and stays in the account of whoever enrolled.

Yes, within 14 days of purchase, as long as the voucher has not been used. Write to [email protected] from the same email used in the purchase, saying you want a refund. We return the full amount through the same payment method and cancel the voucher at the same time. A voucher already used is not refundable, even within the 14 days, because the attempt is consumed when the exam is opened. For a bundle, the refund covers the whole bundle and only applies if none of its vouchers has been used. After 14 days, the voucher is still yours and never expires, but it is no longer refundable.
